Description

Harbour Lights, City Sights

False Creek Fishermen’s Wharf is in the heart of Vancouver, ranked as one of the most livable cities in the world. You can explore much of the cityscape by water. False Creek is one of North America’s favourite urban boating destinations, offering the marine visitor a complete array of fine dining, waterside pubs, shopping and cultural amenities.

Granville Island is a popular place to stroll, shop, dine or find entertainment. Its year-round farmer’s market is famous for scale and quality. The Creek is ringed by walking and cycling trails that give you a great view of the city. Avid walkers and cyclists may connect with the Stanley Park trails and seawall walk, which give a glimpse into the quality of life in this fine city. Or stroll into the heart of downtown. You are in the centre of it all.

At False Creek Fishermen’s Wharf you are only hours from mountain-lined fiords, solitude and excellent fishing. A nice day trip is up Burrard Inlet to Indian Arm. You probably want a couple of days to explore Howe Sound, North America’s most southern fiord. We are a great place to stop on your trip from south of the border on your way to northern waters.

We are proud to be British Columbia’s first 5-Anchor Clean Marine facility. Fishermen’s Wharf is open 24 hours a day all year round. We offer annual and transient moorage for vessels up to 175 feet. You will find us on the south shore of False Creek, just west of Granville Island between the Burrard and Granville Street bridges.

Services include 20, 30, 50 & 100amp power hookups, water, washrooms & showers, laundry, ice, garbage & recycling, pump-out and free high-speed wireless internet. Just east of our main dock you can purchase seafood directly from the fishermen. The fish & chips at Go Fish Seafood Shack are not to be missed. Customs clearance is also available at the outer end of the fish sales dock.

Let us welcome you to the heart of Vancouver.
