Oak Bay Marina is ideally located within reach of the Gulf Islands, the alluring bays of south Vancouver Island, the open Pacific on the west shore, the San Juan Islands and Olympic Peninsula. We are a popular starting point for circle tours of the Salish Sea. Situated in sheltered Oak Bay, only ten minutes from downtown Victoria, with spectacular views of Mount Baker, our full-service chandlery, restaurant, gift shop, fuel dock, and ship repairs make the marina a perfect destination for summer cruisers and for permanent moorage.
The waters at the south end of Vancouver Island offer some of the best fishing grounds in British Columbia for Salmon (Chinook, Coho, Sockeye, Pink, Chum) Halibut and Bottom fish (Lingcod, Cabezon, flounder, greenling). We have both single and tandem kayaks that are perfect for exploring the waters surrounding Victoria.
Oak Bay Marina welcomes transient boaters. We have secure moorage on an annual basis in a convenient, safe and attractive cove for vessels up to 70′, with 30 and 50 amp service, free wifi, a fuel dock with diesel and gasoline and ample free parking. The Marina features the award-winning Marina Restaurant, as well as the Marina Coffee House. As a division of Oak Bay Marine Group, we offer our annual moorage customers exclusive access to all 4 of our Island Marinas!
